The Foundation’s bedrock is its own capital, fueled by investments from a holding of international companies founded by Ukrainians.

In 2021, the ЗMIN Foundation officially became a player in the sector.

‍2022 was a year of bitter shared experience, navigating the extremes of full-scale war — balancing powerful systemic support for the Defense Forces with the implementation of sustainable, long-term programs.

The focal point in 2023-2024 was the "BRYZHI" special project: a potent, resonant, and effective investment campaign dedicated to supporting the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

In 2025-2026, we define ЗMIN’s activities through the concept of the "rhizome" — a flexible, dynamic system where new ideas and solutions emerge at intersections and interact with one another, allowing strategies to sprout and evolve. Our institutional value here is to become an impulse for social transformation through dialogue and unification — for the sake of the public good, the projection of a shared future, and the rooting of new norms.

The ЗMIN Foundation team continues to form a platform for the unification and interaction of social leaders, to build strategies for the best solutions, to cultivate the expertise and institutional capacity to create truly significant changes.
