Meeting of gratefulness
At the end of the year, there was a meeting with the ЗMIN partner network, that inspired and helped us tune up for building up this year's plans and strategies. The highlights of the meeting were a reflection by the ЗMIN team, a lecture by psychotherapist Volodymyr Stanchyshyn, and communication between ЗMIN partners.
Volodia told us about emotional swings and indicated our uncertainty from realizing the reality of the war since 2014 until today. It is notable he highlighted our need to unite into communities, communicate and share our feelings, emotions, and states.

Responsibility Award 2023 stresses the importance of shared values that unite different organizations and sectors. Values that are designed to protect the state, support
development, and promote the well-being of society.

168 public sector organizations applied for the Award.
‍
→The ЗMIN project team – Iryna Shymon, Khrystyna Rutar, Daryna Shutiak – joined the examination of applications at the stage of the competitive selection of the Award.
Khrystyna Boyko participated in the evaluation of the short list and three winners as a member of the jury.

→Out of 10 finalists who were shortlisted for the Responsibility Award 2023, 3 laureates were chosen:
‍
▪️Organization "Zaloha Chornomortsi", an initiative of Maritime Plast, with their project "The TT Shelter" in the category "Story of Responsible Partnership: Community".
‍
▪️Organization Ukrainer, with their project "Brave Cities" in the category "National Partnership Project".
‍
▪️Оrganization "Docudays" with their project "Ukraine war archive" in the category "Interaction Without Borders: Ukraine to the World".
‍
It is worth noting that the ЗMIN's partner organizations made it to the long (50 organizations) and short (10 teams) list.

→10 finalists will participate in a special media project that will promote the dissemination of the best stories of responsible partnerships. This special project will be implemented within the partnership of ЗMIN, Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation, and The Ukrainians Media.

We are currently building up our strategies and plans. This year, we have chosen the approach of continuous talks and pitch with our partner teams.

Several meetings took place, particularly,

with the Garage Gang team, on the realization of the CityGen.Revival Program,
with the Jam Factory and Ist Publishing teams on the preparations to the publication of an art catalog of the first exhibition "Our years, our words, our losses, our searches, our us".

Scientists from the State Museum of Natural History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine shared the processes related to the implementation of the joint exhibition and educational project dedicated to Antarctica with the National Antarctic Scientific Center.

The trajectory of cooperation in long-term programs was agreed with the Boryviter team.

The team of the Solomiia Krushelnytska Museum shared plans for exhibiting the "Grand Tour: Solomiya" exhibition in 2024 as part of the Grant Competition.

We are glad that, after two months of internship as part of student practice, Oksana is now part of the team and will interact with ЗMIN in the direction of SMM.

+ 200 Mammoth combat FPV UAVs were purchased and distributed to units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

+ 10 motorboats were purchased and contracted from ЗMIN in a joint campaign with the Serhiy Prytula Foundation.

+ 4 vehicles were purchased within the program CARS OF CHANGE.

On January 26, a partnership meeting of the Serhiy Prytula Foundation was held to discuss directions and plans for cooperation.

Atlet – the team held "Kids Athletics" competition among the sports club students.

Plato initiated the discussion "Green participation in Lviv. (Re)load experience". It is worth noting that the Plato team made it to the TOP 10 of the Responsibility Award 2024.
